This qualification is designed to provide learners with the knowledge to ensure safe and effective exercise programming for patients with a number of medical conditions and common reasons for referral onto a community-based exercise referral scheme. With this qualification you are able to build contracts and relationships with GP’s, Leisure Centres, NHS and other related bodies/organisations.

Coursework, Multiple Choice Examination, Portfolio of Evidence and Practical Demonstration/Assignment. Please note the multiple choice theory assessments are those from the Level 3 Personal Trainer course. If you already hold this qualification you will be exempt from these exams.
